Developing intimate relationships with clients has always been a priority for AllCAD Consult Limited. By observing their work processes we have been able to help them identify new ways in which they could take advantage of computer automation tools to enhance the performance of their businesses. We listen closely to our client’s request and questions. One of such questions led us to research ways of utilizing computers to manage asset-related data using a graphical interface.
Our search led us to Archibus Inc. developers of Archibus®, the world’s CAFM software system. The interaction, which we initiated with this company in August 1999, led to the signing of a contract in May 2000, authorizing us to act as Archibus Business Partner in Nigeria.In January 2003, AllCAD Consult Ltd. also became the second AutoDesk Authorized reseller in Nigeria.
In the future, AllCAD Consult Limited will be developing more in the direction of applied technologies like Facilities Management and Geographical Information Systems. We perceive that these two areas are the future of Graphical Information Technologies. Just as we correctly anticipated the development in the use of Computer Aided Design systems in 1990, when we went into business, we believe that our focus for the future will be justified. We therefore intend to continue to invest in developing our competencies in this direction.
